Are you looking for a peace acreage between Plamondon and Lac la Biche to set up a country residential home, or use as a recreational get away? This 8.04 acre parcel had and older 1986 mobile home set up on in so there was power running to it at one time. The past owners used propane for heating fuel, but gas may be available as neighboring property is hooked up to gas. There was a cistern and septic tank that were used, but these systems are not currently functioning so they are being sold "as is, where is". The older mobile home is still sitting on the land, and will be left with the property as is. The yard is level and mowed regularly. Mature spruce trees boarder the road, and there is plenty of space to play, have a fire pit, picnic areas, add gardens, build a garage, and maybe have chickens. The acreage offers cleared space to start up a new home, a place to park your RV, privacy and with a variety of trees and open space, and is about 10 minutes to Plamondon or Lac la Biche.
